Not everything we repair flies. The Osmo line and the Ronin gimbals are the same technology in different clothing: small motors making thousands of corrections per shot across three axes, and therefore wearing out.
The start is almost always the same. Play appears on one axis, you see a slight judder when panning, and after a few months the axis runs stiff or stops holding the horizon. On these units a full replacement is rarely needed: it is a bearing or a small motor, not the whole block.
We also see plenty of charging ports working loose — the Pocket 3 travels in a coat pocket and that port gets no respect there — and units frozen after a firmware update. The latter is usually sorted in half a day without a single part.
