Gimbal and camera
Small motors that keep shaking, ribbons torn at the fold, an image hanging crooked or soft on one side. Often the result of thousands of folds.
The nearest Walloon city: one day out, one day back.
Of all Walloon cities Tournai is the closest to us, barely an hour’s drive. That makes no difference to shipping — everyone gets the same label and the same turnaround — but it helps if you would rather drop the aircraft off yourself.
The Scheldt, the cathedral and the surrounding landscape generate a lot of heritage and tourism footage, and the French border brings pilots who work on both sides. What reaches us is therefore broadly mixed: gimbal wear from many panning moves, broken arms after landings on cobbles and uneven ground, and now and then an aircraft given up elsewhere because the board is no longer available.
Write to us in French by all means. The whole site exists in that language too.

Broken arms, hinges with play, a cracked underside after a hard landing. Usually the most visible damage and rarely the most expensive.
Broken traces, burnt components, memory shaken loose. We solder on the board itself rather than replacing it, even when the part is no longer supplied.
You do not have to drive. Everything happens by courier, and you know where your aircraft is at all times.
The more concretely you describe the fault, the sharper our first estimate. Answer within one working day.
